we had an exceptional stay at this highly professional and accommodating hotel. exceptionally welcoming staff; exceptional service; 0.5 km from the airport. the bedroom was scenic, splendid and fine. the view from the window was relaxing.

Facilities were reasonable, nevertheless Wi-Fi was awful.

Good value, it was excellent stay. Beautiful location, bountiful breakfast, staff was absolutely amazing. I loved functional furniture in the king studio. The beds were spacious, nevertheless the views were ugly...

Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

This hotel was fine base for exploring Miami, liked it. The bathroom was ok, included hairdryers, bath sheets and towels. Venue's valet is one of the top employees!

Beds were uncomfortable.

It deserves its 4 stars. We loved it, especially its drinks and food. In the evening we visited Gyu-Kaku, set only a short distance to the hotel.
